The State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab (PSCDRC) is a statutory quasi-judicial Commission constituted under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (formerly the Consumer Protection Act, 1986) for the adjudication and redressal of consumer disputes within the State of Punjab. The Commission is headquartered in Chandigarh and exercises jurisdiction throughout the State of Punjab and is headed by a sitting or retired Judge of a High Court, appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Act. The Commission is presently presided over by Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Daya Chaudhary, former Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The Commission exercises original, appellate, and revisional jurisdiction as conferred by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. It adjudicates consumer complaints falling within its pecuniary jurisdiction, hears appeals against the orders passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions, and exercises revisional powers to ensure legality, propriety, and uniformity in the administration of consumer justice across the State.
